Laura Dova Weddings

Terms of Service

Using this independent wedding journal.

These terms describe use of the Laura Dova Weddings editorial website. The publication offers general wedding planning information and inspiration. It does not accept wedding service bookings, sell products, collect payments, or create a client relationship through reading a page. Operator identity and jurisdiction require owner confirmation before public deployment.

Use the website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt delivery, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate the publication, or misrepresent its content as an official venue instruction. Ordinary accessible reading, browser functions, and permitted research use should not be confused with unauthorized interference.

Content and permitted personal use The journal contains written guides, sample wording, visual assets, and a distinctive design. You may adapt the sample messages and invitation wording for personal correspondence and use checklists for your own planning. That permission does not authorize copying the full website, republishing whole articles commercially, or presenting the publication's brand as your own.

For broader reuse, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder. Attribution does not automatically grant a license. Local font files have their own licensing terms, and other assets may involve rights distinct from the written content. Do not assume every item on a page is available under the same conditions.

The Editorial Policy explains source use and the intended correction process. If a statement affects a commitment, check the current primary source and your agreement before acting. The Disclaimer provides more detail about subject-specific limitations.

Correspondence and submissions No public submission form is configured. If a working editorial mailbox is enabled, send only information you are entitled to share. Do not include private documents or sensitive personal details unnecessarily. Sending a correction does not grant the journal unlimited rights to publish your message, name, images, or attachments.

If a future submission feature is added, its permissions and privacy arrangements must be stated before it is used. The current contact address is an unverified placeholder, as explained on the Contact page.

The owner must review any limitation language for the operator's jurisdiction and actual services before publication. No governing law, court venue, business registration, or legal entity is invented in this package. Decisions about professional advice or contractual disputes belong with a qualified adviser in the relevant circumstances.

Changes to the website and terms Pages may be revised, moved, or removed. When the owner adopts or materially changes these terms, a truthful date and clear explanation should be provided as appropriate. Future interactive or commercial services would need terms that reflect their actual operation; these static-journal terms should not be treated as covering an unconfigured booking platform.
